I hope this information can help you to decide weather you want to be in a dorm or rent a flat Dorms Social enviroment, Get to know international and hungarian students, you can make a lot of friends Is easy to participate of the University events. STORY TIME - Como migré de Ecuador a Hungría??? - My journey from Ecuador to Hungary

En diciembre del 2020 apliqué a la beca Stipendium Hungaricum con la intención de estudiar mi maestría en el exterior.  Mis entrevistas para los programas que apliqué fueron en abril, me tomaron una prueba para uno de ellos incluso. Fui rechazada de 3 becas anteriormente, dos en España y una en el Reino Unido En Mayo me llegó un correo donde decía que se me concedió la beca Stipendium Hungaricum. Entre ésta noticia y la entrevista de la visa pasaron mil cosas que mejor las dejaré para otro Story time. Estaba muy indecisa de tomar esta oportunidad al principio e intenté posponerla por un año, hasta sentirme lista.  Por motivos personales no tuvimos la entrevista de la visa hasta el 16 de agosto y las clases comenzaban el 5 de septiembre.  Comenzaron los trámites de la reunificación familiar también, mi lista de cosas por hacer parecía interminable. I bought a ticket plane in KLM which included two 23 kg suitcases, a carry-on bag and a personal item. EMPACAR PARA EUROPA - ESTUDIA EN EL EXTRAJERO

QUE LLEVAR Y QUE DEFINITIVAMENTE DEBES DEJAR PARA TU VIAJE AL EXTRANJERO? Si estás próximo a ser un becario en el exterior de Stipendium Hungaricum o cualquier otra beca, ya compraste el boleto de avión y te dieron tu VISA, lo siguiente es EMPACAR!!! En el boleto de avión que compré me incluyó dos maletas de 23 kg, una maleta de mano y un artículo personal. Te quiero dar algunas recomendaciones para que lleves lo más importante y necesario a tu viaje. Trata de comprar maletas de buena calidad, se pueden maltratar en el vuelo bastante, especial En el artículo personal (cartera o mochila pequeña) Debes tener a la mano los documentos, también snacks  son buena idea ya que le viaje es largo (mucha gente piensa que no está permitido, pero sí lo está, lo que no está permitido es líquidos de mas de 10 ml). ENTREVISTA PARA LA VISA HUNGRÍA

Si ya recibiste la notificación de que fuiste galardonado por la beca Stipendium Hungáricum, serás contactado por la autoridad competente de tu país, que tiene convenio con ésta beca y podrás hacer una cita en la embajada, en mi caso de Ecuador, se llama Senescyt.  Suena bastante intimidante el tener que presentarte frente al Cónsul de Hungría en tu país, pues déjame decirte que no hay nada que temer. De hecho, claramente puedo decir que más que una entrevista es una verificación de documentos. Nada más y nada menos, de hecho si llevas los documentos que te voy a decir a continuación y solo se los das al Cónsul, simplemente te tomarán las huellas digitales. De antemano te digo que si tienes la carta de aceptación de la Universidad a la que aplicaste y el documento que acredita que ganaste la Beca (Letter of award), es más que seguro que pasarás la entrevista y te darán la VISA. Many of you have asked me what the STIPENGIUM HUNGARICUM interview is like to stand out and be awarded the scholarship, if I want to summarize the interview you basically must answer these two questions: 1.- WHY YOU? 2.- WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THAT PROGRAM?
